The Easiest, Most Tasty Way, I Have Ever Lost Weight!

I only wish I received a commission for every person I have turned onto this diet. It is the easiest most tasty way I have ever lost weight.

I was desperate....I was going to try the diet that gets delivered to your door each day. But I figured how was I ever going to "learn" to eat right again if I wasn't cooking and thinking for my self. (was on low carb successfully for over 4 years but it became dull and boring... I missed fruits and to be honest breads). Then I went to Jenny Craig for the weigh in... What a shock I was fat! Not just chunky but really fat. I had not realized I had put on a solid 28 lbs. over the past year. Jenny Craig would have probably worked but again I would still need to go shopping for supplemental food and I would not be cooking and preparing for my self.

So back to the delivered meals. Well in my Internet search somehow dieting for idiots came up. $38.00 sure seemed like a good deal, not even a day worth of delivery diet and what if it actually worked. I plunked down my credit card and began to play with the diet. There were a few dinners that were already planned and I could not miss. What was wonderful though was that I could keep playing with the diet until those pre-planned days matched up with my schedule.

Well it was a bit difficult the first few days getting up earlier to plan out my menu and put together my lunch but after the first 8 days I was already seeing fabulous results. By the time day 11 came I had lost 8 lbs. I went off for 3 days (enjoyed myself but did not go overboard) and resumed on Tuesday. I like to have Saturday, Sunday and Monday's off. By the end of my second rotation I had lost a total of 16 lbs. I began on January 2nd and by mid February I had lost a total of 23 lbs. Mind you there were free weekends that were total disasters (+5 lb. weekends), but if I go right back on the diet those lbs. come right off and so do more. The most difficult part of this diet is getting all that water in me.

I am so so very happy with this plan. The best part is it's easy, put on paper for you and can intertwine with anyones lifestyle. It works!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best of luck to all that try and if you don't succeed its because you 1-did not drink the water, 2-did not eat all 4 meals and or 3-didn't really follow the idiot proof plan.

Grandmother, 79, Reports Huge Success on Idiot Proof Diet

It's just a year since I started the Idiot Proof Diet - at 79.

I thought it would be hopeless to start yet another diet! Every 14 days I have printed out my diet sheet, each one headed with my weight. In June, 2008 I recorded 16 stone and 4 pounds (Editor - Approximately 228 lbs). Today - as I print the next sheet for what has become a 'keep healthy' life style - I shall record 13 stone and 13 pounds (Approximately 195 lbs) only a few pounds more than when I had a young family of four, this is despite being unable to be very active physically for medical reasons- and I no longer have to cope with food allergies.

Weight loss is slower now and I do step outside the basic diet for family parties and meals out, but I use my diet sheet to place my supermarket delivery every fortnight. I find I no longer crave some foods - which helps!!

This is not a diet for Idiots - it is a diet for people who have failed to lose weight with diets unsuitable for their lifestyle - be it in retirement, a busy working mother or a young person getting rid of fast food habits. But the name did tempt me to start.

Woman Says "I Have Never Seen Weight Come Off So Quickly!" Idiot Proof Diet

Hi I just wanted to share my review of this diet: I bought this diet about a month ago and was at a starting weight of 137 and I have got to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I would recommend it to anyone and I have to some of my friends. I am currently at 123 lbs for a total of 14 lbs lost (would have been more but I caved a few times), and it took a month to get to that and I am still currently following this diet.
My only word of warning is if you have no control over eating it is not the diet for you, you have to eat exactly as they say otherwise it will not work (trust me I tried to cheat a few times with negative results). I also workout every day so that may help, but I have never seen weight come off so quickly with many of the other diets around. People have said that it is bad because of low carb blah blah blah, but they do give you carbs to eat just not as much of the starchy ones which are not as good for you anyways. I could go on and on about it but really you just need to try it for yourself it works.

They make you feel like you’ve been punished, excluded from normal life, and they make you want to give up before you’ve even begun.

Today's Review of the Idiot Proof Diet: "I Almost Feel Guilty!"

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 8 years ago. I had gained about 30 lbs. and thought when I started thyroid meds the weight would just come off. WRONG!! No matter how little I ate I still could not lose weight.
Three weeks ago I weighed more than I ever have (35 lbs over normal) and was quite miserable. Everything I did eat bloated me so that I looked pregnant!

Even When Cheating, Woman Loses Weight on the Idiot Proof diet

I started this diet 4 weeks ago, weighing in at 176lbs and a size 16-18. I am in the middle of my second 11 day run. As of 2 days ago, I lost 10lbs and went down to a 12-14. I have cheated a little each week so I would say that is pretty good.

Before I started this my doctor was talking about prescription diet pills because nothing else had worked. No matter what diet, what pill, or exercise I kept gaining. Then I had a son and that made it worse.

I decided to try this diet knowing this was the last thing I was sinking money into. Well I am completely happy with the results so far. I have 40 lbs left to go and figure if I stop cheating I can do it by Christmas. I highly suggest this diet to anyone who is or has given up on weight loss. You have to follow the diet and don't cheat if you do that you will see results.

Everyone has been telling me all week about how great I look and I really do feel it. So far I have only lost a few lbs and one size but its a start and better than anything else has done and believe me I have tried everything--hoodia, weight watchers, curves, none of them have worked this diet has worked and its so easy to follow.
