This is the greatest diet of all time!!! I'm 62 years old and a self-styled student of nutrition for many years and this is the easiest, best diet on this planet or any other. You have to try it to believe it. There are so many reasons it's wonderful it would take a long time to enumerate them. The most important thing is to drink the water because it's a high protein diet.It's nothing like those high fat diets that kill you or worse.

The best part is picking your own food and, even better, is knowing you will not be deprived of the things you love for five years or however long it would take you to reach your desired weight.
