I tried this diet about 2 yrs ago, I was 92 kgs (close to 203 lbs) when I started it and I lost 20 kgs (about 44 lbs), so for me it definitely worked.

Idiot Proof Diet Gets Results Fast: "So Far I Have Lost 48 Pounds!"

I have actually been very successful on this diet. So far I have lost 48 pounds!! The first few weeks I did lose 9 pounds in 11 days, but my weight loss has slowed down a bit this past month or so. I do admit I need to exercise more regularly, though you'd think running after a two year old would count!
I have tried a ton of diets and lost some weight, but usually always gain it back. I like the fact that you can choose the foods that you like, and it will generate an 11 day menu for you. Then you get a three day break, where you can eat whatever you want. You usually gain a pound or two, but it comes off quickly when you get back on the diet. I tend to do better on diets that give me a specific list of foods and meal plan.
Left to my own devices like counting anything, and I don't do very well and stand in front of the fridge thinking, "Now what can I eat?". With this diet, my family and I know what the menu is going to be, so it makes grocery shopping a bit easier too! I still have some more weight to lose, and will continue on this diet. I really don't get hungry, can eat four times a day, and get a good variety of food. I like the fruit and vegetables, cheese, and peanuts! And the smoothies are great! It really wasn't expensive at all and now they're doing this 45 day trial? If you have 10 pounds or more to lose, you can try this diet. It does actually work, believe it or not!
I know the name sounds kinda odd, and I am very skeptical of online diet plans, especially if you have to pay anything. But I'm glad I found this one! There are so many diets out there it's hard to know which one will work for you. This one worked for me.
