The Idiot Proof Diet is Fantastic! Dale the Diabetic Says

This review comes to us from Dale in Connecticut who's a diabetic, but has managed to lose 11 pounds in his first 11 days!

This diet was fantastic!

I am an insulin dependent diabetic. Insulin helps keep weight on, so I had that against me. Then of course I'm to busy to eat and would literally eat my first meal at dinner. The Idiot Proof Diet was simple, there it was in black and white what I could eat and I could eat as much as I wanted of it (*not every item, but most). I lost 11 lbs in the first 9 days. I knew if I could eat whatever I wanted on the "days off portion" I would gain some of them back! BUT I DID NOT. To date I have lost 47 lbs.

People are constantly stopping me and telling me I look great! I think that within the first month and a half I lost 22 pounds and people could see it. That gave me the incentive to keep going. The only drawback was of my own choosing. I would choose too many meals that contained eggs. I have a leaking heart valve and my cardiologist wasn't exactly happy with the 40 eggs I was consuming every two weeks. He made me cut down on the eggs. Other than that, this has been a snap. I recommend to anyone that needs to see immediate results to try it. Dale F. Norwalk CT

The Idiot Proof Diet: "I Recommend It to All My Friends!"

This is the best $27.00 I have spent. I started a one month ago and I went from 235 (no lie) to 212 and I am so excited. I can not believe how easy it is and I recommend it to all my friends. Especially friends that are not having any luck with there current diet. I know when I see my mother & sister next time they are going to really hop on this diet. You get plenty to eat, drink and walking is the key. I don't skip meals anymore, I eat more now than I ever did.

My husband is also joining in on the menu that I have for myself and he is loosing weight too. Although he doesn't walk everyday like I do. But we all know men lose weight fast then women. I highly recommend this diet especially for people that are on Weight Watchers, All Carb Diets or All Protein diets.....what a waste of time and money. I tell everyone I am an Idiot Member for life and it was the best move I made. Thanks for everything.

Idiot Proof Diet Has Given Me More Energy Than I Can Burn!

"My experience with this wonderful diet began May 10, 2005. On May 7th, my husband and I took our 12 year old son to the doctor for an ear infection. Just for kicks I got on the scale - and almost fell off! I saw how much I weighed and was totally shocked. I've been overweight since having my son, but that day was the heaviest I've ever been in my entire life. The scale read 268 pounds!!! On the 9th I went on-line actually to research another diet program and found the Idiot Proof Diet instead. I started on the 10th and have been following it ever since.

To date I've lost 37 of 93 unwanted pounds. I really like this diet because it is simple and you're eating real food, not pre-packaged, portion controlled, someone-else's-idea-of-a-meal foods. You don't have to count calories or weigh specific portions - your portion controller is your own stomach in that you eat until you are almost full. If it takes a pound of pasta to reach that point, that's where you stop. And yes, pasta is one of the foods allowed on this diet.

Since the birth of my son I had a problem with edema, or swelling in the legs. The Idiot Proof Diet has eliminated the swelling in my legs. It has eliminated the acne on my face. It has given me more energy than I can burn during the day, and my days generally run 18 hours or more!

Personally I've done Weight Watchers, Atkins and Nutrisystems. Although each of those worked for me at the time, whatever weight I lost I regained plus some. New Idiot Proof Diet Review: "I Don’t Feel Hungry!"

My name is Kalpana and I am from London. I am 44 years old. I was desperate to lose weight and could not find any diet plans motivating enough, having tried so many. While I was surfing the Internet I saw a very small advert saying ‘Lose 9lbs in 11 days’.

Woman Drops 7 lbs in 7 Days on Idiot Proof Diet! Cheryl in Alberta

This diet came to me via a friend who had lost 17 pounds. My age, weight and fitness level were approximately the same as hers and I decided after years of trying WW and various other diets to give it a shot. I started at 150 pounds and within 7 days had gone down to 143 pounds. It was easy to follow and when you add in salsa and other allowable things I found I was never feeling great hunger pangs and was content to eat the 4 small meals a day. So far so good. There are currently 10 women watching me carefully to see if it works and they have promised to hop on board if I am successful. I plan to continue on to my 3 day break and then do another 11 day cycle. Recommend it so far. I also do the 45 minute walking every day and have managed to stay fit for the last 30 years through various exercise routines. Walking is easy!!!
