Today's Review: "I Would Recommend the Idiot Proof Diet to Anybody!"
Today's weight loss success story of the Idiot Proof Diet is from Micheal R.:
I have been on the Idiot Proof Diet (day 7), and have lost a total of 9 lbs. so far.
I have been trying really hard and been very focused on losing weight for the past 6 weeks, and this by far has been better than anything I have ever tried. I have been to Weight Watchers (I am a lifetimer), Jenny Craig, Curves, Phen Fen, and even read Dr. Phil's weight loss book, but this is by far the best I have ever done. I am not hungry, I get plenty of calories, and I feel very good.
I would recommend this to anybody serious about losing weight. I do exercise though, even though they only recommend walking.
