Karen Cunagin Sypher is $10 million Rick Pitino extortion woman. In an FBI complaint filed April 25 at a US District Court in Kentucky, Karen Cunagin Sypher was revealed to attempt to extort as much as $10 million from University of Louisville men’s basketball coach Rick Pitino among a series of other demands including college tuition fee for her son, two cars, paying off her house and $3,000 in cash per month. The extortion was originated from an encounter of Karen Cunagin Sypher and Rick Pitino in 1993 which was not specified in the affidavit, earlier internet rumors said Karen Sypher and Rick Pitino might had a sexual relationship.
