Baseball Coach Resigns After Taking Players to Strip Club
Well, it was a road trip! And, to be fair, the boys were likley over 18. But, then again, taking players from your team to a gentleman's club is probably NOT the best team-building exercise you could come up with. Here's more on the story from KGW:

Lincoln High School varsity baseball coach Michael Todd has resigned his position effective immediately with Portland Public Schools, the district announced. The resignation comes amidst allegations that he accompanied three Lincoln baseball players to an 18-and-over strip club while the team was in San Francisco for a spring break baseball tournament.

Portland schools spokesperson Matt Shelby said he believed all three of the players were over 18 years old. The district is forwarding the case to a commission on teacher practices and ethics for further review even though Todd, 25, resigned before the district had a chance to investigate the claims, Shelby said. Todd cited "personal reasons" for his resignation, which came on Friday. Two other volunteer coaches also resigned over the incident, the school district said.
