Jeff Garcia's Playmate Girlfriend Involved in Bar Brawl - Nothing like hot chicks fighting over a man in a bar, is there? Especially when the one doing the butt kicking (actually, head kicking) is Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Year, Carmella DeCesare, who's dating Cleveland Browns quarterback Jeff Garcia. DeCesare has been charged with assault over a bar fight with his ex-girlfriend. According to police, DeCesare and Kristen Hine got into a confrontation Aug. 21 at Cleveland's Tramp's Nightclub. Hine, who previously dated Garcia, told police that DeCesare "launched" herself at her three times, and when Hine turned to leave, Cesare kicked her in the head. One other thing that most of the news reports on this incident are not covering is the fact that DeCesare is (was?) one of the finalists in the WWE's Diva Search . . . which may explain where she learned to brawl. Also, according to this report from last month, DeCesare also allegedly threatened Hine, saying "I'm going to kill you!" (DeCesar) 

Big Trouble at the Speed-A-Rama Racetrack - It's been a while since we had any small town stock car racers on BadJocks, but when they do, these good old boys know how to have fun! Seems that 44-year-old Donald Burnett got a little upset when 21-year-old Dwane Shoemaker clipped his car during a race Saturday night at the Speed-A-Rama speedway in Texas. Donald didn't take kindly to that, and proceeded to ram Dwane's car and spin it around. That probably wouldn't have gotten him in too much trouble, but then he had to go and drive the wrong way down the track in order to ram Dwane's car again and send it over an embankment! It didn't end there are other racers and fans joined in the fun, resulting in a rather nice brawl at the track. Burnett was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is now banned from the track . . . but I wouldn't want to be the one to tell him.

Chair Tossing Speed? Slightly Slower - As a result of one of the worst professional athlete/fan brawls in recent memory, a young woman got her nose broken and a MLB player ended up in jail. It all started with two outs in the ninth inning in a game between the Rangers and the Oakland A's (in Oakland). With two outs Texas' Alfonso Soriano tied the game 5-5 with his second homer of the night. While Hank Blalock was at the plate the Texas bench and bullpen cleared and players started fighting with fans along the right-field stands. At some point, pitcher Frank Francisco (who was allegedly taunted by fans) threw a plastic folding chair--just like they do in the WWE--and hit fan Craig Bueno in the head, and then it bounced and struck his wife Jennifer Bueno in the face. Ms. Bueno had to be treated at a hospital and has decided Francisco who has since been arrested. Officials from both teams are still arguing about who's at fault for the incident. Texas Tech men's basketball coach Bobby Knight was unavailable for comment on Francisco's technique at press time. Busted! Former Pro Quarterback Arrested on Drug Charges - Does anyone remember  Todd Marinovich? Apparently the police in  Newport Beach, California do. They saw the 35-year-old Marinovich "skateboarding in a prohibited area", tried to apprehend him, and after he took off running (I'd love to have seen that) officers caught up with him and allegedly found methamphetamine and three syringes. This landed old Todd back in jail for a probation violation from an earlier arrest.

#181! Craig Ivancic, who coached the Kansas City Blazers swim team, has been suspended from his after a federal Internet sex sting. Ivancic had started a online relationship with a 14-year-old girl, who told her parents. After exchanging messages with her, late last Thursday night Ivancic allegedly drove to the girl's house to have sex with her and was arrested when the "girl" turned out to be a federal agent. (We're not keeping stats, but I think the is the third or fourth coach to fall victim to this scam so far this year. Dumbasses.) Thanks to Jeremy Whetstone for the link!

Drunken Rugby Players From Fiji Arrested After Hitting on Married Woman at Nightclub Celebrating Her Wedding Anniversary With Her Husband!

New Addition to BadJocks BAC Rankings! It's been more than a year since we added anyone to our famous BAC Rankings. Not that jocks haven't been arrested for drunk driving, but it seems that anymore they either refuse the breathalyzer (losers) or can't quite do well enough to crack the Top 20 (lightweights). Well, along comes an assistant HS football coach at Easton Area High School in PA who blows an impressive .25% (over three times the legal limit) just an hour and a half after his team finished their game!

More HS Cheerleader Skirts Banned - Last week we had our first incident where HS cheerleaders were not going to be allowed to wear their short skirts to school because they violated dress codes. (This seems to happen about this time every year.) The newest ban is in Augusta, Georgia where cheerleaders will no longer be allowed to wear their super-short skirts to school before football games, after the Richmond County superintendent has decided to prohibit them starting next week because the skirts break the county's dress code.

Record Number of Texas HS Jocks Busted at Post-Game Booze Party . . . at Teacher's House! - We don't know of any official records being kept for this kind of stuff, but when we heard that 42 students from Pearsall High School, including football players, cheerleaders and band members were arrested at a post-football game bash at a teacher's home, we knew it wasn't your average BadJock story. Apparently, cops got wind of the party (the teacher and her husband claimed they were asleep upstairs and didn't know the students were drinking alcohol in their home) when they found one young lady passed out by the road, suffering from alcohol poisoning. Dozens of students have already pleaded no contest to charges, and according to police Chief Roland Hernandez, "Now we're going after the adults." 

Ouch! Zambian Soccer Player Gets Red Card, Thanks Referee With Kick to the Groin - A Zambian soccer player is in trouble with the law after kicking a referee in the private parts. Striker Masuwa Chababa was angry with referee Fadzi Chipunza for flashing a red card at him during a game and proceeded to kick him in the genitals sending the official crashing to the ground where he lay unconscious for more than five minutes.

Update: Middle-Aged Transvestite Paperboy Faces Additional Chargers After "Cheerleader" Incident - Robert Domasky, aka Kelly Dawn Hullenbaugh, now faces stalking, forgery and false identification charges in addition to the charges related to his attempt to get into a girls HS locker room. Cops say he fantasized about being a cheerleader and also claimed to be a lesbian who was attracted to the young girls in uniform. Link includes video clip. Pictures can be found here.)
Earlier: Middle-Aged Transvestite Paperboy Tries to Get Into Girl's Locker Room at HS, Claims He Wants to Be Cheerleader - This certainly is one of the stranger stories we've ever reported on at BadJocks! A 48-year-old Pittsburgh area man, who goes by the name Kelly Dawn Hullenbaugh, tried to make his way into the girl's locker room before last Friday's home football game at Greensburg Salem High School. When a custodian stopped him, the shemale claimed to be looking for the cheerleading coach to provide him with "some lessons." That didn't wash, so he was chased from the building and later located at his apartment by police who found a foot-long knife in Hullenbaugh's Jeep next to a Greensburg Salem gym bag embroidered with the name "Nicole," which contained a cheerleading uniform and pom-poms. They immediately thought she, I mean, he, had abducted a girl from the squad, but after breaking down the door to Hullenbaugh's apartment, found him alone. After searching his apartment, police removed a box of items that included high school yearbooks, photos of Hullenbaugh dressed in cheerleading uniforms, and pictures of girls wearing Hempfield Area cheerleading uniforms, apparently taken in a locker room and in the high school gym . . . although none of the photos of the girls was of a sexual nature. Police also found evidence that he had stolen the identities of three women to obtain credit cards. Not exactly the petite cheerleader-type Hullenbaugh, who also goes by the name Robert Domasky, is 5 feet,10 inches tall and weighs over 200 pounds . . . and also looks a lot like Dustin Hoffman in "Tootsie."
