If You're Working A Job Right Now, I Can
Tell You Without A Doubt That Your Job Is A Heck Of A Lot Harder Than Making
Hundreds, Or Thousands Per Day Using This Simple Principle.
For months and months I worked my butt off,
buying and trying every ridiculous money making and success system on the
market, hoping that they held the secrets to my success.
For example, I've tried affiliate marketing, PPC (pay per click), infomercials,
copywriting, forex, ebay, list building, membership sites, multi-level
marketing, info products, website flipping, lead generation, blogging, direct
response, joint venturing, media buying, mobile marketing, newspaper
advertising, postcard marketing, press release marketing, social networking on
myspace, facebook, youtube, twitter, teleseminars, webinars, CPA marketing,
ezine advertising, magazine marketing, small business consulting, forex, day
trading, and even neuro-linguistic programming to name a few..
And you know what?
I was a complete idiot.

Dolphins' Culpepper Cleared Of 'Sex Boat' Charges - It
never sounded like they had the best case against Daunte Culpepper in the
Vikings "Love Boat" sex scandal and a judge agrees, dismissing the
charges. Unfortunately, Judge Kevin Burke denied a motion to dismiss charges
against running back Moe Williams. (CBS
4)
Minnesota Vikings Love Boat Scandal Update: Culpepper Says
"I Wasn't With Naked Women, I Was Gambling Illegally" - The
hearing for former Viking QB Daunte Culpepper and running back Moe Williams seeking dismissal of misdemeanor charges of lewd
conduct seemed to be going their way on Wednesday, as the judge in the case
expressed concern about the fact that two white men--one boat captain and
another man--hadn't been charged, even though they saw a little action with the
ladies. Judge Kevin Burke told prosecutor Steve Tallen that, "It looks
bad" referring to the lack of charges against the other men. Tallen
responded defensively, saying that "I'm allowed to make that decision, and
it has nothing to do with the race of these defendants." For his part,
Williams claimed that while he did get a lap dance--which is legal in
Minnesota--he had a drink in one hand and personal belongings in the other so he
couldn't possibly have touched the strippers breasts as alleged. For his part,
Culpepper, now with the Dolphins, testified that he spent his entire time
shooting dice for $20 a throw during the now infamous team boat party and
bravely rejected offers from the lingerie-clad dancers. The hearing continues on
Thursday, but at the rate things are going, expect both of these guys to walk by
the weekend. (Sports
Illustrated)
Vikings Love Boat Sex Scandal Update: Vikings Daunte
Culpepper Says Charges Racially Biased - Why? His lawyer claims the captain
of the boat--who's white--wasn't charged, even though someone allegedly saw
him kiss a woman's exposed nipple while he was at the wheel. So apparently
they've given up on the 'I'm innocent" tactic and gone with the "other
kids were doing it too" route. (USA

LOVE BOAT CHARGES
RESPONSE: Culpepper Says "I Will Be Vindicated" -
Disgraced Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Duante Culpepper angrily denied
charges of lewd and lascivious behavior made against him yesterday (see
below) adding, "I look forward to meeting my accusers in a court of
law so they can be confronted with this lie. In the end, the truth will
come out and I will be vindicated … I didn't touch anybody and nobody
touched me." Meanwhile, Coach Mike Tice says no action against his
players until someone is convicted because right now the charges are
just accusations, but a spokesperson for owner Zygi Wilf, who once
promised tough action against anyone found to have done anything wrong,
claimed that, "Zygi made it very clear early on in this
investigation, he will take whatever actions, penalties, suspensions,
fines or whatever, based upon what he feels is necessary." But this
is where the rubber meets the road, isn't it Zygi? Besides criminal
charges, all four players could face discipline from the NFL, based on
the league's personal conduct policy. A player who engages in criminal
activity is subject to counseling, a fine of a week's pay and four
weeks' suspension. (St.
Paul Pioneer Press)
BREAKING
NEWS: Four Vikings Charged With Misdemeanors Related to "Love
Boat" Incident - Misdemeanors? What the hell happened to
violating the Federal Mann Act about bringing women across state lines
for immoral purposes? According to U.S. Attorney Thomas Heffelfinger,
there was "insufficient evidence" to file federal charges.
Translation: The Feds couldn't prove anything because the hookers and
strippers kept their mouths shut . . . which--not surprisingly--you
usually have to pay extra for, and we wouldn't be surprised if someone
did. Anyway, while the four Vikes (injured quarterback Daunte Culpepper,
Bryant McKinnie, Moe Williams, and Fred Smoot who threatened to sue
someone early on for linking his name to the event ) were only charged
with misdemeanors, the descriptions of what they where charged with make
for some interesting reading . . . especially for their wives and/or
girlfriends. (Other publications might be a little bit squeamish about
giving the details . . . but not at BadJocks!) Our good friends at
TheSmokingGun got their hands on the actual criminal complaint that
charges each one:
Daunte Culpepper: Indecent conduct, disorderly conduct, and lewd or
lascivious conduct for allegedly getting a lap
dance from a naked woman and putting his hands on her naked
behind.
Fred Smoot: Indecent conduct, disorderly conduct, and lewd or
lascivious conduct for allegedly holding a double-headed
dildo and inserting it into the vaginas for two women who
were laying on the floor in the lounge area. After one woman left
he continued to "manipulate the dildo" inside the other woman
in front of the young crew.
Bryant McKinnie: Indecent conduct, disorderly conduct, and lewd or
lascivious conduct for allegedly picking up a naked woman, placing her
on the bar and performing oral sex
on her in front of the crew and other guests. Later that evening
McKinnie and three other men were spotted sitting in deck chairs
receiving oral sex from four woman, which was also observed by the
crew.
And finally, Moe Williams: Indecent conduct, disorderly conduct,
and lewd or lascivious conduct for allegedly grabbing the naked breasts
of a "dancer" while receiving a lap
dance.

Vikings Sex Scandal Day 18
Update #1: FBI is Investigating! As BadJocks predicted last weekend, the FBI
is getting involved because of the Mann Act (transporting a person across state
lines for sexual purposes). Can Federal charges be far behind? The Bureau is
going to review the findings of the Hennepin County Sheriff's Department
investigation into alleged lewd behavior by several players more than two weeks
ago aboard two chartered boats on Lake Minnetonka. (Mercury
News)
Update #2: Strippers From Atlanta's Gold Club Aboard Cruise? Minneapolis
TV station KSTP has been able to confirm that Atlanta police are looking into
the possibility that several women who work in Atlanta area strip clubs may have
been flown up to Minnesota for the Vikings’ boat party on Lake Minnetonka. One
of the clubs they are looking at is the infamous Gold Club, whose owners were
tried for credit card fraud. It was at that trial that former NBA star Patrick
Ewing admitted receiving oral sex from a stripper in the club while the
owner and manager sat next to him. (KSTP)

Update
#1: Sports Illustrated Says Owner Delivered "Profanity-Laden Tirade"
to Players About Incident - Okay,
so maybe it wasn't Knute Rockne's "Win One for the Gipper" speech, but
apparently Vikings owner Zygi "Potty Mouth" Wilf got his players
attention with a profanity-laden tirade (according to the new edition of Sports
Illustrated) at a team meeting after he found out about their little Love Boat
incident. The article, called "Adrift on Lake Woebegone" also alleges
that Tice and Wilf reportedly threatened to remove players responsible for the
party from the team (BadJocks is still hearing it will be done before this
weekend's game) and also alleges that coach Tice, during a late-season 2004
meeting, "offered to fight any team member who wanted a piece of him."
All this from an unnamed current Viking. (Pioneer
Press)
Update #2: Vikings Fan Mails in Tickets to Packers Game Out of Disgust - Season
ticket holder Barbara DeCramer is so angry about this whole thing that she
mailed owner Zygi Wilf her tickets for this Sunday's game against the Packers
(The PACKERS, lady?) and says she will hold on to her other ones until she sees
how the team's management responds to the incident. Said DeCramer, ". . . I
cannot stomach the thought of cheering for this embarrassment to our
state." Ouch! (WCCO-TV)
Vikings Sex Scandal Day 13
Update #1: Suspensions This Week? - BadJocks
is hearing from a source that the Vikings have completed their own internal
investigation already after a rookie cracked under questioning and spilled his
guts, so the team knows who did what, when and to whom . . . in some pretty
graphic detail. The team is likely to move quickly this week to suspend several
players (no big names, of course) with the possibility that some may not return.
The big question remains: where are the pictures? If the team has them--and my
guess is they do, or they know where they are--they will never see the light of
day. If you have some, how much do you think they would be worth to the
Vikings or the NFL to burn them?
Update #2: The After Party? Another source tells BadJocks that the real
fear at the Vikings camp now is that details will get out about an alleged
"after party" that occurred at one of the player's homes following the
ill-fated Love Boat trip.
Update #3: Civil Lawsuits Against Players? It's been over a week and
still no charges have been filed by the thorough Hennepin County Sheriff's
Office. And ultimately, there may be no criminal charges (the FBI has still no
responded to our question about the Mann Act), but that doesn't mean players are
out of the woods. Several employment lawyers are suggesting that female crew
members who were allegedly sexually harassed by Vikings should file civil
lawsuits--read big money--because of what happened to them. And we could be
talking some hefty fines because it's possible the waitresses could not only
sue for damages that compensate them for any harm, but also for punitive
damages. (MPR)
Vikings Sex Scandal Day 12
Update #1: Investigators Talking to Atlanta Cops About Out-of-Town Escorts
- This can not be a good development for the Vikings "Love Boat"
Cruise investigation. According to the Star Tribune, local officials have
briefed Atlanta cops about their investigation into reports that some of the
"female entertainment" on board an alleged sex cruise may have been
paid to fly in from Georgia for the party. This may or may not have anything
to do with BadJocks question yesterday (see below) about whether the Vikings
could be charged by the Feds for violating something called the Mann Act which
prohibits taking women across state lines for the purpose of prostitution . . .
and can get you five years in prison. Also, three more names of those
allegedly in attendance have surfaced: Defensive end Lance Johnstone and
safeties Ken Irvin and Willie Offord. All refused to comment on whether they
were on the boat. (Star
Tribune)
Update #2: Join the Club: Coach Mike Tyce Asks Press "Why Do I Want to
Puke?' - We've been asking ourselves that for several seasons, Coach. (Star
Tribune)
Vikings
Sex Scandal Day 11
Update #1: Former Player Says There Were Strippers at 2004 Party - According
to an unnamed former player for the Vikings, last year's version of the
"Love Boat" party, thrown annually for veteran players by rookies,
featured out-of-town strippers. The evening started off with a dinner at a Mall
of America restaurant then continued at the Fahrenheit Night Club in
Minneapolis, both of which were rented out by the players. While some players
did not go to the club to watch the strippers perform, even fewer allegedly made
a trip back to the strippers hotel, where I'm sure nothing happened. These young
ladies were also purported to be from out of town. (St.
Paul Pioneer Press)
Update #2: Players Paid $5000 for Love
Boat Cruise? This tidbit from the Pioneer
Press' "Overheard" column: "A little birdie says the cost of the
alleged sex party involving Vikings on Lake Minnetonka was $5,000 a
player." (St.
Paul Pioneer Press) If true, that makes Update #3 even more of an issue!
Update
#3: Could Players Face Federal Charges for Violating
The Mann Act? - No, we're not talking
about the Comedy Central program (that's "The Man SHOW") we're talking about a
federal statue commonly referred to as "The Mann Act" which became law
in 1910 to combat white slavery and more specifically was designed to punish
those accused of taking women across state lines for the purpose of
prostitution. How is this relevant to the current Minnesota Vikings situation? First of
all, we know there was a team event aboard an Al and Alma's charter boat on
October 6. According to the lawyer for Al and Alma's, witnesses claim to have
seen women aboard the boat (reportedly strippers and/or hookers) performing
various sex acts. Right now, all local law enforcement is talking about is
possible charges of lewd behavior. But the most damning evidence--and the part
that brings The Mann Act into play--is the fact that investigators themselves
believe these boat babes were from
Atlanta, Florida and elsewhere and reportedly worked for a high-class call girl service that caters to professional athletes.
Someone had to have contacted the escort service and paid for these gals to
fly into Minnesota for this event. If that happened, whoever was responsible could face up to five years in prison, according to the
act which you can read
for yourself here. Think the Mann Act is never enforced? Rocker Chuck Berry went
to jail for three years for violating it in the late 50's. And, as recently
as last
month, the statute was used by the U.S. Attorney of the Northern District of
New York to arrest Oswego Mayor John Gosek and accused him of using a telephone to "persuade, induce, entice and coerce an individual under the age of 18 years to engage in sexual
activity." Violations of the Mann Act are typically investigated by the FBI
so we put in a call to their Minneapolis Division Office, but have not received
a reply as of press time. (Thanks to Howard
Veit for pointing out this potential violation to us!)
Vikings
Sex Scandal Day 10
Update#1: Vikes Owner Meets With Tagliabue, Promises Changes - On
Sunday, "NFL on Fox" reporter Jay Glazer broke the news that the
Vikings new owner, Zygi Wilf, met with NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue for
nearly 90 minutes before the game against the Bears and promised two things:
First that he would focus 100% of on his troubled franchise and let other
executives manage is other businesses. And second, that he will bring in former
FBI agent Dag Sohlberg to be the team's new directory of security, a position
that had been cut by former owner Red McCombs to save money. (Fox
Sports)
Update #2: Robinson Says He Wasn't on Boat -
On Saturday, Vikings new wide receiver Koren Robinson said that he was not on
either boat and was upset the Minneapolis Star Tribune associated him with this
incident adding, "I wasn't there. As far as the whole situation, I just
know I wasn't on the boat, and I don't want to get involved. I don't want my
name brought up because of what I just went through and what I'm still going
through. So for my name to be brought up like that is just crazy and upsetting,
because I don't want anyone looking at me because I had nothing to do with
it." (KRT
Wire)
Day 9 Updates
Update #1: Lists of Names Starting to Leak Out - A list of names of
the 17 or so Vikings who were aboard the team cruise that allegedly turned into
an orgy is starting to become clearer. In addition to earlier reports that QB Daunte
Culpepper, offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie, running back Mewelde
Moore and cornerback Fred Smoot (allegedly the organizer of the
event) had enlisted in the Viking Navy, the Minneapolis Star Tribune today added
All-Pro defensive tackle Kevin Williams, tight end Jermaine Wiggins;
running back Moe Williams; wide receivers Nate Burleson, Troy
Williamson, Travis Taylor and Koren Robinson; cornerback Ralph Brown,
and safety Darren Sharper to the list. (That accounts for 13 players by
my count.) Of those named, only Moore has admitted being on the boat, but claims
not to have seen any sexual activity. (Star
Tribune)
Update #2: New Owner Busting Heads, Taking Names: "We Will Levy the
Appropriate Penalties, Fines and/or Suspensions as Soon as the Formal
Investigation is Completed!" - Details
of what Zygi Wilf has to say about his team's alleged sex orgy here.
Day 8 Updates
Update #1: Investigators: Vikes Flew in High Priced Escorts From Out of State - Now
they're REALLY in trouble! Looks like the Vikings, in addition to insulting fans
and lawmakers with their actions, have actually managed to disrespect local
strippers and prostitutes. Minnesota police haven't said much about the charges
of lewd behavior against Viking players and their guests aboard a charter cruise
boat last week, except that the female "entertainment" was not local.
According to police, after--I'm not making this up!--exhaustively cruising local
strip clubs for witnesses, they believe that the boat babes were from
Atlanta, Florida and elsewhere and apparently they worked for a high-class
escort or call girl service that caters to professional athletes. Their
investigation also mentions that many of the teenaged crewmembers originally
thought the young ladies with large chests were players' wives and girlfriends
and were completely caught off-guard when the sex-scapades started. (KRT)
Update #2: Were Are the Pictures???? Crewmembers of the SS Horndog say that
passengers took pictures of at least two sex acts as other partygoers
"watched and cheered." Also in at least one instance, while two
strippers were performing with a sex toy, other passengers were "shouting
directions as to what things they wanted to see." (Star
Tribune) Do you have copies of the Vikings "Love Boat"
Cruise? BadJocks is willing to pay $10.00 (American) for EACH picture, no
questions asked. Drop us an email and we'll talk . . . right after we talk to
our lawyers.
Update #2: Too Little, Too Late? Coach
Tice says he will be cracking down on tardiness, rule breakers. Sure you are
Mike . . . right after you win that Super Bowl.
Update #3: A Three Hour Cruise? BadJocks has not one, but TWO parody songs
about this incident sung to the famous "Gilligan's Island" theme. The
first one is from our buddies Gomez and Dave at WTKW in Syracuse. Click
to hear that one. (both are MP3s) The other one is from morning team of Greg
& Cheryl at KS95 in Minneapolis Click
to hear that one. Anyone else got one they'd like to post?
Update #4: Smoot's Agent Said He Had Nothing to Do With Arranging Event
- Despite the fact that Stephen Doyle, an attorney representing the boats'
owners, has said repeatedly that cornerback Fred Smoot paid for one of the
cruises last Thursday on Lake Minnetonka, Smoot's agent, Bus Cook, refuted
Doyle's claims. "Fred Smoot did not pay for this boat trip in any
way," Cook said. "He didn't write a check for it. He didn't put it on
his credit card. He did not pay money in any regard for this trip." Yet,
despite numerous complaints about being named as the ringleader of this mess,
Smoot still has not hired an attorney to clear his name, only that he is
"looking into it." Any legal eagles out there what to represent Mr.
Smoot in his slander lawsuit? Anyone think you'd have a case? (ABC
News)
EARLIER STORIES ABOUT THE VIKINGS SEX SCANDAL BELOW
Vikings "Love Boat" Scandal Update #1: Naughty Vikings Thought
They Were in "International Waters" - One
source is telling BadJocks that a Vikings player aboard the boat thought they
would be immune from legal prosecution for their actions because the boat was,
"In international waters." When told that Lake Minnetonka was nowhere
near international waters (12 miles out into the ocean) the player's response
was reportedly one word: "Sh*t!" (Thanks to our buddies Karlson
and McKenzie for the tip!)
Update #2: Source Says Misdemeanor Charges of Lewd Behavior Could Be
Filed Against Players Within a Week! - How bad was it about the SS Horndog?
The captain had to step around people who were having sex on the floor of the
boat and at that point decided it wouldn't be safe out in the middle of the lake
like that, so they turned back. Stephen Doyle, the company's attorney said,
"It was a petrifying scene.'' Doyle went on to say that the investigation
into the party is now focused on finding dozens of pictures taken on board. Said
Doyle, "Members of the entourage that were on both boats took enormously
detailed photographs of a variety of sexual acts." According to
sources, many of the Viking star players attended the party, including
quarterback Daunte Culpepper. Ironically, while this incident was going on, team
owners and upper management were at a two-day retreat in Chaska, Minn and spent
a great deal of time talking about team conduct. Has anyone seen the list of
involved players names online? Drop us an email at BadJocks@Yahoo.com.

Update #3: Actions of Players Could Threaten Stadium Deal - Public
funding for a new $780 million stadium for the NFL franchise could be in trouble
now if allegations of player nautical sex-scapades turn out to be true.
According to one local political science professor, "When you think of
supplicants for public money, you don't think of yacht orgy-ists as having a
good argument." (Pioneer
Press)
Earlier: Coach Tice 'Not Happy' With Sex
Party Report, Players Deny Allegations But Cops Still Investigating - The
Minnesota Vikings were having enough trouble on the field this season that they
didn't need an off-the-field incident like what has been brewing over the past
few days, and Coach Mike Tice is not happy at all adding "It doesn't make
things any simpler." Closer to the epicenter of the storm is cornerback
Fred Smoot, who was named by Stephen Doyle, an attorney representing the boats'
owners, as one of two players who paid for the rentals . . . and he's looking to
sue someone's ass. Said Smoot, "They're killing my name. Point blank.
Somebody's going to have to pay for it." Meanwhile a TV reporter claims to
have gotten his hands on a list of names of the 16 or so other Vikings who were
in attendance at the party that included free safety Darren Sharper's name on
it. When asked, all Sharper would say is, "Somebody must have lied."
When asked about allegations of sex on the cruise, running back Mewelde Moore,
who was also allegedly onboard one of the boats, responded, "Sex? What are
you talking about, is that what? Man, what are you talking about? That's crazy.
Sex?" More bad news: even if the cops don't find anything illegal that went
on, the way the NFL's personal conduct policy is written, the players involved
could face fines or other punishments even if they didn't break the law. (WCCO)

EARLIER: Lawyer Claims Minnesota Vikings
Boat Cruise Featured Nudity, Lap Dances, and "Sexual Acts With Toys in the
Middle of the Floor" - Either the Vikings really know how to throw a
party or the owners of a lake cruise company have some pretty wild imaginations.
Details are just now surfacing about an alleged "traditional team
event" that took place last Thursday night on Lake Minnetonka aboard two
boats chartered from a place called Al and Alma's, by cornerback Fred Smoot and
another Vikings player. According to Stephen Doyle, a lawyer representing the
the charter company, the cruise quickly evolved from a simple event with 16 to
17 players in attendance to an out-of-control party that included lap dances and
sexual acts. In fact, the Hennepin County Sheriff's Department is
investigating allegations of criminal sexual conduct by several Vikings players
after a woman--who claimed she was working as a hostess on the ship--called
police making allegations of "possible prostitution, drugs and live sex
acts" on the two boats. Doyle got more specific than that:
"They were out for a bit, and then the crew was serving drinks and hors
d'oeuvres and stuff. I think the first thing they noticed was some of the
women that were on board seemed to be either changing clothes or undressing. And
then they went into a galley, and there were three of them in the nude that were
changing clothes. That was followed by them coming out and some of them
doing lap dances.... That's where it started, and then it just progressed to
just bizarre."
At that point Doyle claimed the crew reported what was happening to the captain
of each boat who called the home base and were told to come back in. That's when
things got really out of hand:
"Some of the Vikings are yelling at the waiters and waitresses... and
wanting drinks faster and trying to take over parts of the bar, trying to pour
their own drinks.... It's just really bizarre, bad, terrible behavior. Like I
said, these kids are petrified. They're afraid for their own safety. There
are people doing sexual acts with toys in the middle of the floor. They're on a
boat here, having to walk around and serve a drink, afraid to stop serving
drinks because they're afraid that people will hurt them. It's just really
unacceptable what they did -- the arrogance and the rudeness and all of those
things combined. They get them into the dock and eventually get off the boat. We're
talking about a scene with used condoms on the boats laying around, handy wipes
used by the women laying around, drinks thrown and poured in places. It's
amazing."
When contacted, Smoot not only denied the charges but went on to say that
"It's slanderous. If (Doyle is) bringing my name up like this, I'm going to
sue them. Other than that, I ain't got nothing else to say." We really
expect things to start heating up for the Vikes when the names of some of the
other players start popping up. (Monterey
Herald) Thanks to James Hudson for the link!

of sexual assault against several former Vikings at a team charity event in
2003 called the Artic Blast? One of those accused, former Viking Ted Brown, is
