#120! Coach/Teacher Gives Female Student
"A" in Chemistry for Allegedly Letting Him Grope Her in Class - A
female student at Pine Creek High in Colorado knew she was failing and asked
teacher/coach Derrick Adam Davies, 30 for some help. At first he suggested extra
credit work, but then allegedly changed his mind and told her she could improve
her grade more quickly if he “played around with her.” At that point,
according to the victim, Davies turned off the light in the room, moved her to
the back corner and stuck his hand down her pants for five minutes. With a 47%
average and even after missing several assignment, the girl claims Davies gave
her an A in the class. (Gazette.com)
Palmerio Steroid Update: Congress Asking
Questions - Some people predicted this might happen: Congress has asked
Baltimore Orioles slugger Rafael Palmeiro had over records of his failed drug
test showing he violated major league baseball's steroids policy. It appears
they are looking to see if he lied to them in March when he pointed a finger and
said he never took steroids. (SF

Strip
Club Hosts Naughty Golf Event, Nudity and Sex Allegedly Follow
- It wouldn't be the first time BadJocks reported on sexual hijinks at a golf
course (remember the infamous Norco,
California Hooker Golf Story?) but we still laugh each time local media
outlets do an "undercover report" on them and appeared to be shocked
that such an event is going on in THEIR community. Like the event at the
Naperville's Country Lakes Golf Club hosted by Blackjack's strip club. Their
ninth annual golf outing had been advertised on a porn Web site and willing men
paid $375 to attend. The part that makes this story interesting is that this
particular golf course is one of those surrounded by expensive suburban homes.
And, given the fact that the event took place in broad daylight, anyone with in
the neighborhood could clearly see what was going on: strippers were auctioned
off to the highest bidders and most were wearing bikinis . . . some even less .
. . at a club that normally doesn't allow you to play in cutoff shorts or tank
tops. The ladies then spent the day with foursomes, "carousing in golf
carts and carrying on with the outing participant" according to one report.
Local TV crews weren't the only ones shooting video as many local residents
stood in their own yards and got more than an eyeful of what was best described
as "lewd activity." Naperville police are investigating claims that
golfers and exotic dancers engaged in sex acts visible from neighborhood
streets. A proud strip club spokesman claimed there was no sexual activity and
the women were merely caddies. At right, one of the "caddies" appears
to be pretending to be a steering wheel cover with her legs spread apart while a
nervous golfer tries to drive his cart. (ABC7)

Wife
of Dodger's Pitcher Goes on Radio, Blames Hot Blonde Fox Sports Babe for Breaking Up Her
Marriage - Trinka Lowe is mad as hell and she's not going to take it
anymore! The wife of Dodger pitcher Derek Lowe believes that the reason her
husband wants a divorce is because he is having an affair with a reporter for
the Fox Sports Network, Carolyn Hughes. She went was interviewed by Dave Smith
on KMPC-AM Tuesday in Los Angeles and claimed that marriage of 11 years
(including three kids) was fine until Derek was traded to LA and started living
with Hughes and driving her car. Hughes, who is also a pregame and postgame host
for the Dodgers, has now been suspended two weeks as FSN executives investigate
her unusual relationship with Lowe. (SportsByBrooks)
At right, Ms. Hughes shows off a couple of reasons that Derek might have
wanted to leave his wife. Thanks to Fark.com for the link!
O.J. Simpson Asked to Leave National Sports Collectors
Convention - A sports memorabilia collectors show in suburban Chicago got an
unexpected guest over the weekend when O.J. Simpson showed up with an exhibitor.
He was apparently there to sign autographs, but because his appearance wasn't
approved beforehand, the pair were asked to leave. (WFIE)
MLB
Suspends Rafael "I Have Never Used Steroids" Palmeiro for . . . Taking
Steroids? - He now says he never took steroids
"intentionally" but baseball slugger Rafael Palmeiro--who told a
Congressional hearing emphatically that he never used them despite what was
written about him in Jose Canseco's book "Juiced"--was
suspended seven games by Major League Baseball for testing positive for the
illegal muscle building drug. Interestingly enough, Palmeiro just entered the
exclusive 3000 hit club and seemed like a lock to get into the Baseball Hall of
Fame. But maybe not now. Here at BadJocks we looking into the allegations more
closely and dug up some photos of Palmeiro in almost the same pose from
different times in his career: the first is from his rookie season in 1987,
before he teamed up with Canseco
on
the Rangers in 1992. The second one is more recent when he entered the exclusive
500 Career Home Run Club. What strikes us isn't just the fact that he's
obviously put on about 30 lbs in the past 20 years (188 lbs as a rookie, 215 lbs
now) but that most of the weight seems to have developed in his forearms. Is
that definitive proof he's been taking steroids? Not really, but do you really
believe a guy who doesn't have a clue how enough illegal steroids got into his
system to create a positive test? And what about his sworn testimony before
Congress? Could he be prosecuted for lying under oath? Between Jason Giambi's
admission he took steroids, Mark McGuire's refusal to answer the question if he
took them or not, and now Palmeiro's positive test, Jose Canseco's
"record" from his book is 3-0. And whatever happened to all the
lawsuits that were going to be filed against him? One of those who threatened
back in February when the book came out was Rafeal Palmeiro. I'm sure his lawyer
is still putting the paperwork together. (AP)

Taser Naked Man at Demolition Derby, Story Gives Graphic Detail of Arrest,
Urination - It doesn't get any better than this: you're young, drunk and
stupid, attending the annual Demolition Derby in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. So why
not strip off your clothes and run naked in front of 3000 spectators? And for
good measure, let's grab a fire extinguisher to cover your shame while we're at
it? All the fun and games ended when police gave chase and finally tackled the
naked man and a deputy--for some unexplained reason--decided to taser the guy.
The crowd didn't care for his arresting technique and promptly booed and hissed
at him. Then, according to the article, "As the arresting peace officers
lifted and cuffed the naked man’s hands behind his back, urine trickled down
the streaker’s front." The derby announcer topped off the evening by
adding, "Must be a chilly evening." Click on image for larger view.

First Cheerleader Controversy of the 2005 Season -
Youth football practice has just started in most parts of the country, but we
already have a cheerleader controversy. The squad for the McDonald Midget
Football League has been practicing a new halftime routine most of the summer.
That is, until one of the girl's mothers, Marie Burton, got a hold of the lyrics
to the song the girls were dancing to called "Holla Back Girl" and was
outraged. Outraged, I tell you! Apparently, the term "holla back girl"
refers to a promiscuous young lady who gets called back repeatedly to perform
her, uh services. In their defense, the squad says the singer is claiming in the
song she's NOT a "holla back girl" but the content is still deemed
inappropriate for the young girls to be dancing to. (Vindy.com)
